How we make it
- Dual-source fiber laser (60 W MOPA + 40 W blue diode)MOPA fiber laser, 60 W at 1064 nm. Marks and engraves stainless steel, brass, aluminum, titanium, silver and gold. Black, white and oxide-color marking, deep engraving, rotary work on rings and tumblers.
- UV laser markerUV laser at 355 nm. Cold marking with very little heat: glass, crystal (including 3D engraving inside the block), plastics, coated parts and heat-sensitive materials. The finest detail in the shop.
Customization guide
- Type each line exactly as it should appear. The preview shows the layout and proportions we will engrave.
- Pick a font from the list. Need a different one? Name it in the notes and we will match it.
- Logos engrave sharpest from SVG or PDF. PNG and JPG work too; we redraw low-resolution logos at no charge.
- QR codes are generated from your link and test-scanned before your order ships.
- Attach part drawing or mark specification. We check names and numbers against it and email a proof before production.
- Your preview is saved with the order. If anything is unclear, we email a proof before we start.
